a bit underwhelming

poor soundproofing constant annoyance

the staff were friendly, i guess.

my room was supposed to be soundproofed, but i could hear everything. regular conversations in the hall were very audible, and tv noise was a constant annoyance.

the staff was very friendly. the room was stylish and the pool had a lovely design.

the ground floor room had a very noisy vibration. when i was lying on the bed, the headboard transmit the vibration to the bed. i didn't get much sleep because of the noise.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Service

shuttle service delicious selection

I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the sky train station. This made getting around town very easy. The breakfast buffet also offered a delicious selection of foods and drinks. I really enjoyed the variety and quality of items available.

regular shuttle friendly staff

i loved how the hotel had a shuttle to the bts station! it ran regularly and made getting around super easy i found the staff helpful and friendly too they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had!
